•A Night of Sacred Music From Various Traditions on 12/6/2008: Area groups will perform holiday music and all proceeds will go to the boys at the Casa del Nino Orphanage.
•2nd Annual Pasta Dinner on 5/10/2008: Dinner will include: Linguine, salad, dessert, and beverages. Sauces include: Clam, Marinara, Pesto, Meat, and Alfredo. There will also be a silent auction.
• 2nd Annual Hike for Honduras : The second annual "Hike for Honduras" was held on the Outlet Trail that runs between Penn Yan & Dresden on Saturday, October 20, 2007 from 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
•Pasta Dinner on 5/5/2007: Dinner included: Choice of ziti or fettuccine, salad, dessert, and beverages. Sauces included, but were not limited to: Vodka, Clam, Marinara, Pesto, Meat, and Alfredo. There was also be a silent auction which included a 2 hour boat ride, babysitting, dinner for 4, cookies for 6 months, and much more.
• Luncheon/Fashion Show on 11/4/2006: The Catholic Daughters of St. Michael's Church in Penn Yan, New York selected the Casa del Nino as the recipient of their annual fall fundraiser. A check for $1800.00 was presented to the committee. The funds will be used to build a new library at the Casa.
• Hike for Honduras on 10/14/2006: The first annual "Hike for Honduras" was held on the Outlet Trail that runs between Penn Yan & Dresden, New York. 30+ participants braved the weather to participate in the walk. Over $5000.00 was raised at this event. We hope to make this an annual event.
• Windmill Sale on 8/19/2006: Despite the dismal weather, over $1,000 was added to the Casa del Nino library fund & hundreds of books were sold.
• Sidewalk Sale on 7/29/2006: We braved the heat and sold Honduran crafts, bookmarks, booklights, gift baskets, cards, etc.
